Std 1 Admission Releted official Letter

Std 1 Admission Releted official Letter

Subject: To take action as per the notification of the Education Department regarding the amendment made in Rule No. 2 of Gujarat RTE Rules-2012.  Notification dated 31/01/2050 2) Form number of the office here;  Prashini / RTE / 1908/2020 / 2-30 dt.  03/02/20 According to the above subject and context, to state that, R.T.E.  As per Act-2006, Gujarat R, T, E Rules-2018 are in force in the entire state.

The following changes have been made in Rule No. 09 (1) of Gujarat RTE Rules-2018 by the notification of the education department with reference.  Chapter-2: Right to Free and Compulsory Education  If a child has completed 5 years of age on 1st June of that academic year during the academic years 2020-21, 2021-2 and 206-6, he / she will be eligible for admission in that year.  The notification of the education department regarding the said amendment has been sent by the letter showing reference-2.  The wise report from your level to all the primary schools under your jurisdiction.  But, at the office here by many parents

The matter does not appear to have been properly publicized at the district level.  Therefore, it is reiterated that all the above mentioned primary schools will have to be notified immediately.  Parents should also be advised that if a parent wants to give pre-primary education to his / her child, the admission of the child in pre-primary (Playgroup, Nursery, Jr.KG, Sr.KG) should be done in such a way by the schools keeping in view the above notification of the education department.

Given that when the child completes pre-primary education and takes action to get admission in Std-1, the age of 8 years has been completed on 1st June in the academic year 2017-18.  If a student gives admission without taking into consideration the beautiful declaration by the schools and in the academic year 206-2 the student who has completed pre-primary education and takes action to get admission in Std.  And that student will have to study primary education again 1 year ago.

This will create an atmosphere of conflict with the guardian and the school as well as the office.  In short, a child who has not completed the 6th year of age from academic 202-6 to 1st June will not normally be admitted in Std-1 in primary school.  Therefore, all primary schools under your jurisdiction are informed to take action as per the notification.
